Managed Data Backup and Restore

The advanced backup software is seamless in it's operation. Scheduled when you are asleep or away from the office, the files, folders or complete image of the hard drive is saved to anything from a USB flash drive to an attached USB/Firewire external hard drive, or a network storage device or server. We can restore your data if it damaged or deleted, and in the event of a hard drive failure, the complete image can be restored to a new drive, or a new computer. For a complete disaster recovery option we will be offering an offsite hosted backup to our servers in a secured, guarded data center. Look for that option soon.

Managed Anti Virus, Anti Spyware and Network Security

With our enterprise quality managed and monitored endpoint security suite, your computer is constantly monitored for viruses, spyware, malicious programs and root kits. The programs definitions to detect threats is updated daily, and and upgrades to the program are included. It is monitored by our staff so if you have a problem that cannot be automatically removed, we will be alerted and contact you to so that we can take control and remove it manually by a trained, experienced professional. Please note that if a malicious program is installed with the users explicit permission, the removal time may not be covered by your contract, but the unused remote help time will be credited towards the repair.
