Maintenance, Monitoring and Support

When these are overlooked, the computers become slow and vulnerable to security risks, putting your business in a position of loss and liability. We perform these tasks on a regular, daily and weekly schedule, without affecting your users or loss of time. We Monitor the systems for errors, alerts, and even the unauthorized installations of software by users or spyware and viruses. Our remote support to your users will keep them productive while minimizing loss of time.

With our enterprise Antivirus, Antispyware and Rootkit detection and removal, we keep risks of system downtime and liability to loss of data minimized. The software is updated daily, monitored by our technicians, and removal immediate.

Managed Data Backup and Restore

All the work you do should not go to waste. If you have a hardware failure, a user error or application failure, you could loose valuable time and customer data. We have an advanced solution to backup and restore that will save your data to your network or backup storage device* on a nightly, hourly or any set time you need. That data can be restored within minutes, sometimes saving you from time consuming re-entry to the liability from loss of customer data.

Disaster Recovery Solution

Take our backup software solution to the next level. With complete image backups* of your computers, a hard disk or complete computer failure is no problem. When the issue is resolved we can restore your computers operating system, applications, and data, the way it was when you last worked on it. Even if you have a complete change out of a new computer, or dissimilar hardware, we can still restore it to the way it was. Normally this restore process could take a day, or more, but we reduce that time to hours, getting you back to work as soon as possible.

*Storage devices need to be attached to the network or external drives and flash drives to the computers. The capacity of these storage devices need to be enough to store the data and/or complete images, and can consume large amounts of hard drive capacity depending on the frequency and size of the backup jobs. The client is responsible for purchasing this equipment, or we can supply the proper network or storage device if needed.

*Disaster Recovery labor time is included in the cost of the program. The hardware repair must be covered by the manufacturers warranty, or repair/replacement of hardware can be provided by us. The time to repair and/or replace faulty equipment is not provided as part of the program unless this is included in a comprehensive management contract.
